Much like companies like Amazon different products are shipped from different places in the UK. Add to this the nature of some products being handmade or made to order and this means there are some variances in expected shipping times. For your clarity, the shipping times are split out by the product supplier below.

All orders over £30 are free of charge.

Any orders under £30 (and do not include dog food) incur a flat shipping charge of £3.99

We offer Free Delivery to Mainland UK on all Slobber & Chops Dog Food & Nora Nose Best Cold Pressed Dog Food orders.

At Slobber & Chops, we are committed to offering the best and most transparent delivery service for our dog food.

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days of you placing your order if you place your order before 2 pm Monday-Friday, your order will usually be processed and sent out the same day.

Our Dog Food delivery partner, DPD, will send you a 1-hour delivery slot window meaning you will know when to expect your Bone Idol delivery.

You will have the option to select delivery to a safe place if you won’t be in to collect your order. Any change to this process is made at the customer's discretion and cannot be claimed against for damaged or missing orders.

All delivery times are estimated and regrettably, on rare occasions delivery may be outside of the original times given which is outside of our control.

Dog & Horses Shipping & Delivery:

Please allow 5-7 business days for the delivery of your item. In most cases, Dogs & Horses will dispatch immediately from available stock. Some orders may be made to order depending on stock levels. These made-to-order items should still arrive within 7 working days.

Your package will be posted via Royal Mail First Class.

Danish Design Shipping & Delivery:

Please allow 1-3 business days for the delivery of your item. In most cases, Danish Design will dispatch immediately from available stock. Orders placed on weekends or holiday periods will be processed on the next business day.

Your package will be sent via DPD, please include a mobile number of your account details for text delivery updates.

SmugMutts Shipping & Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holiday periods will start to be processed on the next business day.
