Advance Booking
We are currently experiencing high demand for our dog grooming services, and our current wait time is around 6 - 8 weeks, so we strongly advise that you book follow-up grooming appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. If you let us know you'd like to book in advance when speaking to the team, we'll get it sorted.
Appointment Cancellations:
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge for the appointment.
Important Information - Salon Closure:
Between the 18th of September and the 18th of October, our salon will be going through a refurbishment which sadly means our dog grooming services will not be available during this time as our salon will be closed.
In the lead-up to our refurb and following, we will be working double time with extra support from other dog groomers to make sure we can fit everyone in. Please fill in the form below with your preferred appointment date and we will do our best to fit your pup in for their favourite appointment around our refurbishment.
