At Slobber & Chops we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. Because we work with multiple suppliers, shipping varies slightly depending on the products you order.
Slobber & Chops Healthy Dog Food - Free Delivery to Mainland UK
All Slobber & Chops own brand dog food is shipped directly from our distributor via DPD, free of charge. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are typically processed and dispatched the same day, with delivery estimated within 2–3 working days.
DPD will provide you with a one-hour delivery window so you know when to expect your order.
You can also nominate a safe place for delivery if you won't be home - please note that any changes made at your request are at your own discretion, and we are unable to accept liability for missing or damaged orders as a result.
All Other Items - Shipped from Our Brighton Store
All other products are dispatched from our Brighton store via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all orders, regardless of which shipping method applies.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates. On rare occasions, delays may occur that are outside of our control.
